Revenue Recognition Consultant

Duration: 3–6 Months (Potential Extension)
Our large private SaaS client is seeking an experienced Revenue Consultant to support the revenue accounting organization through the busy quarters.
This role will oversee global revenue close activities, support ASC 606 technical accounting matters, and partner cross-functionally with other teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global revenue close process and ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Review complex SaaS and multi-element revenue arrangements
- Partner with cross-functional and international teams on revenue-related matters
- Support audits, technical accounting documentation, and revenue reporting
- Drive process improvements and provide leadership to the revenue accounting team
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of revenue accounting experience with strong SaaS/ASC 606 expertise
- Prior experience within a global technology or software company
- Management or team leadership experience required
- Strong US GAAP and technical accounting skills
- Experience with NetSuite and preferred
