to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This is a high-volume, hands-on support role focused on system execution, not strategy, where you will act as the go-to Workday resource for HR. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent & Learning Support (Primary Focus): Administering and supporting Talent and Learning processes, including configuring and maintaining performance review cycles, talent reviews/calibration, and learning enrollments/content management.
- System Administration: Managing incoming HRIS tickets/issues, troubleshooting system problems, and acting as the primary Workday support contact.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Overseeing end-to-end employee data lifecycle management (onboarding, compensation, talent records), performing system maintenance, mass updates, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Configuration & Optimization: Configuring, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the Workday HCM platform, with a primary focus on Talent & Performance and Learning modules, including business process design and implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations to align with organizational goals.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience.
- Deep expertise and strong experience configuring and supporting the Workday Talent & Performance module and the Workday Learning module (KEY FILTER).
- Experience with Workday transactions, data management, and running Workday reports.
- Knowledgeable in HR business processes, technology, and operations, with familiarity in HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
