About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the Autonomous Technology industry, is looking for a skilled Information Security GRC Analyst to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves supporting the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) program, while assisting in broader GRC initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide business continuity program.
- Execute tasks associated with the Business Continuity Program, such as facilitating business impact analyses and risk assessments, determining recovery strategies, and developing and validating plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze critical business processes and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans align with organizational objectives.
- Assist business units in developing Continuity and Recovery Plans.
- Assist in other GRC program areas, including Risk Management, Security Awareness, Compliance, Policy Management, and Data Governance, as directed by the team leadership.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of GRC experience, including strong business continuity and disaster recovery expertise.
- Deep expertise in business continuity principles, best practices, and methodologies. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Proven experience in facilitating Business Impact Analyses and Risk Assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
- Experience with compliance standards such as ISO 22301, NIST, and ISO 27001/27701/42001 is highly preferred.
- Ability to work off hours to support remote stakeholders from time to time.
