Job Title: Workday Integrations Consultant (Contract)
Job Type:  Contract
Contract Length:  4+ months
Pay Range:  $75–$90/hr
Location:  Remote

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant  to support a critical financial systems migration. Our team is transitioning our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) platform from Workday Adaptive Planning to Pigment, and we need a technical expert to build the connective tissue between Workday and our new system, replacing current integrations. This project is slated for an October Go-Live and requires a self-motivated professional who can deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific technical, configuration, and integration tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • System Integration: Design, build, and test robust integrations from Workday into Pigment.
  • Report Rebuilding: Analyze current reporting within Adaptive and rebuild/optimize these financial and operational reports within the new Pigment environment.
  • Deployment: Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and a seamless transition leading up to the target launch date.
  • Time Commitment: Note that hours will fluctuate between part-time and full-time depending on project phases and milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven hands-on experience building and managing Workday integrations.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar enterprise FP&A software.
  • Strong understanding of financial data structures, reporting requirements, and data mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
