What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shadow and meticulously document live operational workflows, system dependencies, and interactions within a secure, on-site facility.
- Map technical processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering—to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
- Draft clear, detailed process documentation and propose actionable improvement recommendations.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical documentation and analytical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support
- Real-time operations or command-center environments
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in NOC/SOC or equivalent 24x7 support environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
- Comfortable working closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A strong background in systems administration, networking, or operations support.
- Prior roles supporting real-time or mission-critical environments, such as NOC/SOC or operations centers.
Other Requirements:
- This is an onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ, within a secure facility requiring a background check.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), including at least one weekend day.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment supporting live operational systems.
