IT Project Manager

Required Skills:
- Strong SharePoint editor/publisher capabilities.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel for project tracking and reporting.
- Extensive project/program management experience across the entire project lifecycle.
- Ability to build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade, explain, and establish rapport.
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Competence in controlling project budgets, scope changes, and resource allocation.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic Salesforce platform navigation and report creation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, especially its integration with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance project management and workflows.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT or technology sectors.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar are advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- This is a W2 only position with an initial duration of 3 months, with potential for extension.
- Location: Westbrook, ME.
- ASAP start date preferred.
- Remote work options are not available; onsite presence is required.
- Willingness to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
