5+ years of cash application experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.

Deep proficiency in legal billing software (e.g., Aderant, Elite 3E) and various e-billing platforms.

Strong understanding of legal billing procedures, including fee arrangements and specific client guidelines.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel for reconciliation and reporting.

Proven ability to interact professionally with all levels of legal staff, from support personnel to executive leadership.

Demonstrated experience overseeing client trust account activity and ensuring strict compliance with legal/ethical standards.

A track record of leading month-end and year-end closing activities with high precision.

Experience as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship to junior staff and driving a culture of accountability.
