About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle manufacturing, is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician  to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves the assembly, diagnostics, and testing of pre-production electric vehicles and subassemblies. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with engineers and other technicians on building, diagnosing, and testing pre-production vehicles.
  • Supporting vehicle bring-up activities, which requires using debug and diagnostic skills on electrical circuits.
  • Providing direct feedback from build and bring-up activities to engineers to help create and refine key systems.
  • Completing daily tasks to ensure on-time completion of project milestones.
  • Regularly organizing and maintaining the build area.
  • Identifying areas of improvement for quality, efficiency, and safety.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with basic hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Automotive/OEM experience (specifically in EOL/diagnostics/repair) is a plus.
  • W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
