About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in FinTech, is looking for a skilled Paid Social Associate to join their team for a 5-month engagement. This project involves managing the execution for paid social platforms, optimizing campaigns for lead and pipeline generation, and driving performance-based insights. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit), optimizing campaigns for lead and pipeline generation.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Identify trends using platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau to optimize spend and performance-based insights.
- Hands-On Execution: Spend time in accounts setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, bids, exclusions, and conducting A/B tests.
- Budget Oversight: Help oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channels.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze reports, data, and performance trends, explaining campaign results and business impacts to recommend necessary changes for improvement.
- Channel Enhancement: Stay up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, and strategies that can benefit advertising channels.
- Team Support: Assist other paid managers across various platforms by executing tasks, campaign maintenance, and pulling data.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid social accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing (non-brand focused campaigns) and a practical understanding of how to set up campaigns, create audiences, and strategize.
- Experience supporting and managing complex ad portfolios, specifically in B2B environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data-based decision making.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, including experience with data manipulation and analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Google Analytics, landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience specifically in B2B marketing, ideally within the SAAS, FinTech, or financial/accounting industry.
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and Enterprise reporting/BI tools (especially Tableau).
