We are seeking a highly polished, professional, and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in ensuring that no detail falls through the cracks.
The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, immigration administration, onboarding, and a wide range of people-related initiatives. This individual must have a positive, "no task is too small" attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team and business.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day People Operations activities and employee programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee communications, engagement initiatives, and company events.
  • Help coordinate performance review cycles, training programs, and other people-related initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across the People function.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of employment-based immigration processes.
  • Work closely with employees, managers, and external immigration counsel to collect required documentation and maintain timelines.
  • Track visa expiration dates, filing deadlines, and immigration case statuses.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and ensure documentation is properly organized and up to date.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding immigration-related administrative questions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team and broader organization as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, and special projects.
  • Support the execution of company-wide initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Take ownership of tasks large and small, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly professional, polished, and presentable.
  • Resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive, team-first mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who approaches every task—whether coordinating an immigration filing, onboarding a new employee, or helping prepare for a company event—with enthusiasm and professionalism. They are organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and understand that no task is beneath them when it comes to supporting employees and helping the organization succeed.
