Job Title: People Operations Senior Analyst - Compensation
Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated People Operations Senior Analyst - Compensation to lead and optimize the operational execution of compensation and HR systems. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting Compensation Operations, HR Operations, Payroll, or HRIS within a fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in managing Workday Compensation, Time Tracking, and Time Off processes, including supporting annual and mid-year compensation cycles
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex data audits, validation, and reconciliation across HR, payroll, and workforce systems
- Strong analytical skills with root cause analysis and issue resolution capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive operational outcomes and process improvements
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and building basic AI workflows (e.g., n8n)
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Payroll, People Technology, and Finance teams
- Strong understanding of employee data structures, compensation plans, job profiles, grades, and organizational hierarchies
- Exceptional documentation skills for business requirements, audit procedures, and system enhancements
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting system automation and workflow optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code assignment and maintenance
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, system enhancements, and technical requirements documentation
- Prior exposure to AI-enabled tools and low-code automation platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years in compensation and HR systems management, ideally supporting large-scale organizational payroll and benefits operations
Other Requirements:
- This position is fully remote; candidates can be located in any timezone
- Ability to support high-volume compensation cycles and, potentially, occasional after-hours or weekend work during peak times
- No travel required
