Job Type:  Contract
Contract Length:  7 months
Pay Range:  $50-55/hr
Start Date:  ASAP
Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CA (minimum 3 days per week)

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Digital Media, is looking for a skilled Pricing Operations Manager – Systems & Change Enablement  to join their team for a 7-month engagement. This project involves supporting and scaling pricing capabilities across change management events, SKU creation, pricing execution, and system-driven transformations, partnering with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Legal, and Sales. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead operational execution of the Digital Media product lifecycle in emerging and international markets, including SKU creation, pricing setup, and facilitating business strategy and pricing approvals.
  • Own and support Change Management Events (CMEs) by representing Pricing Operations in intake, business case development, approval workflows, and execution planning.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program Management to define new pricing processes and release management approaches that enable the successful deployment of new system capabilities.
  • Build and document scalable, repeatable processes and tools that expand pricing capabilities related to international expansion, FX rates, and cross-product monetization initiatives.
  • Manage projects using Workfront and Power BI, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting to drive projects to completion on time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategy, execution plans, timelines, and downstream impacts, proactively identifying and removing blockers.
  • Support change management and enablement efforts, including creation of job aids, documentation, and stakeholder guidance to drive adoption of new pricing workflows and systems.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational, program management, or pricing-adjacent role.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex work with accuracy and accountability. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Advanced in Excel, with hands-on experience using Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting key milestones while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated strength in process analysis and optimization, including designing future-state workflows and creating implementation plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience creating KPI dashboards, UAT Status reporting, job aids, and enablement documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
