About the Opportunity:

Our client, a globally recognized organization that has received the NorthFace Service Award for 10 consecutive years for service excellence, is seeking two experienced Program Managers  for their AMER Professional Services PMO. This pivotal contract role focuses on driving business transformation and large-scale customer migration efforts to a leading Cloud Platform. You will play a crucial role in delivering customer outcomes as they migrate to the Cloud Platform. This position requires deep functional domain knowledge in infrastructure and operations, solid program management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior customer leaders and project teams to deliver business-changing results.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Program Governance and Definition: Define program success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leaders to define program governance controls.
  • Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and drive sub-projects and work streams, including managing their interdependencies. Develop detailed integrated project plans, monitoring and tracking progress.
  • Program Control: Manage the program scope, schedule, changes, costs, and closeout using appropriate verification techniques. Anticipate and proactively resolve challenges to program budget and timeline.
  • Reporting and Communication: Measure program performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Develop client program status reports, including multiple project dashboard creation and presentation to all levels of stakeholders (executive and C-level leadership). Manage stakeholder communication, report, and escalate to management as needed.
  • Financial & Administrative: Internally forecast program revenue accurately on a quarterly basis and regularly maintain configuration within the system of record. Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
  • Client Management: Manage the relationship with the client, ensuring world-class project delivery and fostering relationships to enable future account sales.
  • Pre-sales Support: Provide PS Consulting large program and project opportunity pre-sales support, including determining the appropriate PMO roles and level of effort (LOE) required.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for self-starters with an intense drive for improvement and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Program Management role within a professional services organization.
  • PMP required, PgMP preferred.
  • Deep experience with managing complex programs comprised of a variety of hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms and integrations.
  • Technical knowledge of large-scale Data Center (DC) modernization, IT transformation, Hybrid cloud, and Intra/Inter DC Virtual Machine (VM) migration projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including planning, attention to detail, facilitation, time management, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to align program deliverables (outputs) to the program's business outcome.
  • Proficient with Agile project management and experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects.
  • Experience managing multiple programs, projects, and clients in parallel is required.
  • External customer-facing management experience (including partners) and internal customer relationship management (i.e., sales, pre-sales, advisory services).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project planning tools.
  • Working knowledge with tools like NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.
