About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Global Technology, is looking for a skilled Program Manager - BPCI III  to join their team for a 4 months engagement. This project involves designing, developing, and deploying cross-functional operational improvement initiatives and collaborating on large scale business transformational programs. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design, develop and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
  • End-to-End program and project management in line with the best in class industry standards.
  • Partner with various functions like Finance, M&A, and IT to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Mapping and continuous re-engineering of business processes to ensure operations are lean and streamlined.
  • Identify and set-up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions.
  • Collaborate and manage workstreams in large scale business transformational programs.
  • Influence and drive key decisions regarding the projects.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 6+ years of progressive experience, including Business Strategy, M&A Integrations, Consulting, or Customer Experience functions.
  • Deep expertise in leading and driving business transformation, operational excellence, and process engineering projects (Core 3-5 years required). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand organizational strategic direction and translate those into functional and operational change and improvements.
  • Experience with operational data analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, and creating strong business cases for projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the distinctive ability to influence across levels and teams, and the maturity to deal with ambiguity and switch gears (strategic and tactical).
  • W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
