Job Title:

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and navigating complex priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Skilled in translating data into clear, actionable status updates
- Certification such as PMP, Agile, or similar is a plus but not mandatory
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech organizations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience leading virtual teams or managing remote projects
- Advanced proficiency with project dashboards and process documentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on operational initiatives
Other Requirements:
- Contract role with details to be specified, approximately 1 year duration
- Remote or hybrid work arrangement; ideal candidates located in US Eastern or Central Time zones
- Ability to work within a W2 employment structure
