Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform root cause analysis on vehicles, recording findings, and communicating critical information to cross-functional teams.
- Read technical drawings and CAD to understand part design and intended assembly.
- Develop and document troubleshooting techniques, and work with Manufacturing Engineering to identify and communicate trends.
- Create and update quality documents, and develop training plans for inspection, quality standards, and quality alerts.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience as a quality technician (or HS Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of experience).
- Deep expertise in performing root cause analysis and the ability to read PFMEA and Control Plans. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Broad technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
