Job Description We are seeking a data-informed and strategic Recruiter to drive front-end talent acquisition for both program and infrastructure roles. In this role, you will act as the primary engine for candidate identification, focusing on building robust pipelines for after-school, summer, and program-based positions. You will serve as a brand ambassador, attending job fairs and developing vital partnerships with community-based organizations to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
Beyond sourcing, you will be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, conducting initial screenings and providing the tools and training necessary to ensure a legal, equitable, and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a "get the job done" attitude who thrives in high-volume, mission-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute full-cycle sourcing and screening to meet urgent seasonal and ongoing infrastructure hiring needs.
  • Develop and track targeted recruitment strategies based on hiring trends and source effectiveness analytics.
  • Foster external relationships with workforce development agencies to support continuous candidate referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
