Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, with a proven track record in high-volume or nonprofit environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing and pipeline management across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and community referrals.
- Technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to maintain meticulous recruitment documentation.
- Strong data literacy, using recruitment metrics (applicant flow, source effectiveness) to inform and prioritize outreach efforts.
- Flexibility for travel across the five boroughs of NYC to attend hiring events and represent the organization in the community.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep experience in community-based recruitment, including established relationships with workforce development agencies and government partners.
- Strong background in seasonal hiring, specifically for large-scale summer or after-school programming.
- Paycom as an ATS experience
Beyond sourcing, you will be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, conducting initial screenings and providing the tools and training necessary to ensure a legal, equitable, and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle sourcing and screening to meet urgent seasonal and ongoing infrastructure hiring needs.
- Develop and track targeted recruitment strategies based on hiring trends and source effectiveness analytics.
- Foster external relationships with workforce development agencies to support continuous candidate referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes to the HR Manager.
- Support onboarding coordination and ensure all candidates progress smoothly through pre-employment requirements.
