Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1+ years of Full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience , specifically focusing on management-level roles within a corporate environment.

  • 2+ years Demonstrated expertise in strategic talent sourcing , including internet research, talent mapping, and cold-calling to engage passive candidates.

  • Strong technical experience and comfort using in-house tools (ATS) and multiple platforms to manage candidate pipelines.

  • Proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels of leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR partners.

Preferred:
  • Experience with PowerBI, Phenom, and/or Workday for data tracking and recruitment management.

  • Retail or business landscape knowledge , with the ability to gather competitive intelligence and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Comfort with ambiguity , demonstrating the flexibility to manage multiple high-priority searches in a "working in the gray" environment.

Job Description: As a Remote Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise, you will support the in-house execution of external searches for management positions across our various store brands and regional offices. This strategic role is primarily responsible for the research, identification, and qualification of talent leads to ensure a robust, best-in-class pipeline for locations across the country. You will utilize advanced sourcing methods—including social media, cold-calling, and talent mapping—to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Influence and consult as a thought leader for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to drive recruitment success.

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for assigned geographic areas and specific management-level searches.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from initial sourcing and assessment to collaborating on final hiring decisions.

  • Develop actionable staffing strategies , leveraging both internal and external resources to meet evolving business needs.

  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and timely follow-through.

  • Anticipate and overcome obstacles , shifting tactics as necessary to navigate a competitive talent market.
