Job Title: Release Coordinator
Overview:

In this vital role, you'll oversee all aspects of the software release process, ensuring timely, high-quality deployments that keep autonomous vehicles safer and more reliable. Your coordination, technical insight, and process optimization will directly impact the future of mobility technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience with large, complex software products
- Strong understanding of software version control systems, especially Git and command-line tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven experience in defining release readiness criteria and ensuring compliance prior to deployment
- Hands-on experience automating manual processes using Python or similar programming languages, incorporating AI tools is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with continuous integration (CI) build systems and failure triage
- Background in process improvement or automation projects at scale
- Knowledge of programming structures such as makefiles, headers, and compilation processes across multiple platforms (Unix, Windows)
- Fluency in additional programming languages and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Prior experience working on large projects involving complex products or systems is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Onsite work in Foster City, CA, with at least 3 days per week in the office
- Approximate duration: 6 months, with a start ASAP
- W2 employment only; no C2C arrangements
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, liaising across development, QA, and vehicle operations teams
