About the Opportunity:
Our client, is looking for a skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join their team for a TBD engagement. The client is currently going through a Digital Transformation and is building extraordinary tools and solutions for their rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role within GTM Systems Operations is crucial for the success and scalability of the Go-to-Market efforts, focusing on driving system, process, and data improvements across the Sales and Customer Success organization. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with solution architects and program managers to design and build scalable solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies.
- In partnership with the product owner, lead projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes.
- Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders with different priorities and levels of technical acumen.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience of CRM implementation experience including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into CRM solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with quote to cash operations.
- Experience supporting the technical needs of teams such as Sales, Legal, Contract Operations, Finance, and Billing within Salesforce and other third-party tools.
- Experience coming from a mature environment with structured frameworks and practices.
