Contract Length:  3 Months (with potential for extension, TBD)
Pay Range:  $75-$90/hr
Start Date:  Target 4/20
Location:  Remote; must be flexible to PST/MST hours

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in SaaS Technology, is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer  to join their team for a 3-month engagement. This project involves a critical revamp of the Deal Desk's Salesforce usage to streamline operations and reduce bottlenecks in deal flow. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Automating contracted pricing uploads and streamlining complex approval processes to eliminate major blocks.
  • Interfacing directly with business stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Owning new projects specifically focused on the Deal Desk roadmap.
  • Primarily implementing solutions by configuring "out-of-the-box" Salesforce functionalities, with occasional custom development.
  • Analyzing and re-architecting current redundant and time-consuming processes to reduce the turnaround time from 5 days down to a maximum of 48 hours.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Development with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Deal Desk/CPQ-adjacent workflows. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively problem-solve, and manage your own time effectively with minimal hand-holding to meet project goals.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in workflow optimization and process automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
