Senior Accountant Consultant (Contract)

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant Consultant to support the GL team during a transition period. This role will focus on month-end close activities related to equity/SBC, payroll, and sales commissions while providing operational accounting support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries for equity/SBC, payroll, and sales commissions
- Perform account reconciliations and flux analysis for assigned accounts
- Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, and Sales Operations teams
- Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process support
Qualifications
- Strong GL and month-end close accounting experience
- Experience with payroll, equity/SBC, or commission accounting preferred
- Background in SaaS or high-growth technology environments is a plus
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
