We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support a dynamic FP&A team .This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead headcount planning and tracking, partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
- Support month-end close and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and P&L reviews
- Deliver actionable insights through run-rate analysis and forward-looking financial modeling
- Build and enhance reporting to improve visibility into workforce trends, costs, and performance drivers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly to non-finance audiences
- Drive process improvements, with a focus on automation, scalability, and data integrity
- Strong FP&A experience with a focus on headcount and expense management
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and advanced Excel is required; Power BI a plus
- Analytical mindset with an interest in leveraging automation and AI to enhance financial processes
