Senior Financial Analyst

The Opportunity
Our client is a thriving, privately-held professional services leader currently generating $80M–$100M in annual revenue. As the company expands into new verticals, we are seeking a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key architect of our financial future.

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will go beyond standard reporting to provide the insights that fuel our growth. If you are a Power BI enthusiast who is eager to leverage AI to modernize finance workflows, this is your seat at the table.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic FP&A: Lead the evolution of our forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes to stay ahead of rapid market shifts.

  • Data Storytelling: Design and manage sophisticated dashboards in Power BI, transforming complex datasets into actionable narratives for the executive team.

  • Business Intelligence: Perform deep-dive scenario modeling and trend analysis to identify risks and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Liquidity Management: Own cash flow forecasting and play a pivotal role in short- and long-term liquidity strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a financial consultant to department leaders, ensuring operational assumptions align with our overarching strategic goals.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Proactively implement scalable solutions and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance analytical depth.

  • Performance Reporting: Lead month-end analysis, interpreting variances and presenting high-impact findings to leadership.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced MS Excel skills and a proven track record of building data visualizations in Power BI.

  • AI Curiosity: A resourceful mindset with an interest in applying AI to drive efficiency within the finance function.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; you don’t just report numbers, you "story-tell" financial performance via PowerPoint to influence executive decisions.

  • Autonomy: A self-starter mentality comfortable working in a fully remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration.

Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 base + Annual Target Bonus + Strong Benefits
