Required:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive experience in brick-and-mortar retail finance, corporate finance, or related fields (apparel industry experience preferred).

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including proven experience building complex real estate proformas and investment analyses (NPV, IRR, payback).

Deep understanding of retail KPIs, store economics, real estate dynamics, and P&L drivers, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights under tight deadlines.

Demonstrated experience using data and facts to support brick-and-mortar strategic initiatives, manage full planning cycles (forecast, budget, long-range plan), and evaluate business cases.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and clearly present complex financial insights to senior leadership.

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter with direct management experience, capable of taking initiative and leading a Senior Financial Analyst as a direct report.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive P&L Ownership: Manage total and store-level P&Ls across Full Price and Outlet brick-and-mortar channels, identifying hidden financial risks and immediate growth opportunities.

Real Estate Financial Engineering: Support landlord negotiations (renewals, kick-outs, expirations) and retail footprint strategy by developing rigorous proforma models and financial analyses.

Planning Cycle Management: Lead the monthly retail forecasting, annual corporate budgeting, and periodic long-term strategic planning cycles.

High-Frequency Performance Tracking: Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of sales and margin trends alongside corresponding retail metrics.

Labor Optimization Modeling: Partner with Store Operations to support and refine store labor models based on complex variable inputs like foot traffic, transaction velocity, and minimum staffing requirements.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary financial liaison to field leaders and senior executives, helping translate large volumes of disparate operational data into clear, proactive visual stories.

Workflow Automation: Support the continuous evolution of the FP&A team by scaling reporting tools, ensuring absolute data integrity, and automating manual processes.
