We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Manager of FP&A to serve as the Finance Lead and commercial business partner for our Full Price and Outlet brick-and-mortar retail channels, overseeing a real estate portfolio of over 100 store locations. In this high-visibility role, you will assume full ownership of total and store-level P&Ls, leading the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning cycles to drive top- and bottom-line channel profitability. Serving as a crucial advisor to cross-functional field leaders and senior executives, you will build complex investment models and financial proformas (NPV, IRR, payback) to guide real estate strategy, lease negotiations, store labor modeling, and capital expenditures. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in retail corporate finance, a sophisticated mastery of Excel and retail economics, and proven management experience to lead and develop a direct report in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive P&L Ownership: Manage total and store-level P&Ls across Full Price and Outlet brick-and-mortar channels, identifying hidden financial risks and immediate growth opportunities.

  • Real Estate Financial Engineering: Support landlord negotiations (renewals, kick-outs, expirations) and retail footprint strategy by developing rigorous proforma models and financial analyses.

  • Planning Cycle Management: Lead the monthly retail forecasting, annual corporate budgeting, and periodic long-term strategic planning cycles.

  • High-Frequency Performance Tracking: Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of sales and margin trends alongside corresponding retail metrics.

  • Labor Optimization Modeling: Partner with Store Operations to support and refine store labor models based on complex variable inputs like foot traffic, transaction velocity, and minimum staffing requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary financial liaison to field leaders and senior executives, helping translate large volumes of disparate operational data into clear, proactive visual stories.

  • Workflow Automation: Support the continuous evolution of the FP&A team by scaling reporting tools, ensuring absolute data integrity, and automating manual processes.
