Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic client organization in a critical, high-impact role. As a senior specialist, you will support payroll processing, bolster system integrations, and drive process efficiencies—helping shape the future of their Human Capital Management operations.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday Payroll and HCM modules in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Workday report writer, calculated fields, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Proven ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting payroll processing, configuration, and compliance.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Workday security administration and advanced reporting techniques.
- Experience with Workday EIBs, data uploads, and integration development.
- Familiarity with systems such as Schwab, Bswift, and QGenda integrations.
- Prior exposure to payroll workflow discovery and process re-engineering.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in HRIS or Payroll systems, with extensive Workday expertise.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- This position is remote, requiring a flexible schedule to coordinate across teams as needed.
- Ability to manage approximately 20-30 hours per week on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement.
- Availability to start on 08/01/2024.
