About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Automated Mobility/Tech, is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team for a 6+ months engagement. This project demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow, with a strong Now platform knowledge with an emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and scope application development. The successful candidate will not only maintain and enhance our ServiceNow ecosystem but will also serve as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring teams on best practices and complex technical solutions. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Act as a technical lead on projects and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow (ITAM, ITOM, integration capabilities).
- Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities to meet business needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows/processes, and deliver consistent support.
- Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, Scoped applications, and Automated Testing Framework.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred. Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management is strongly desirable.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights.
