ServiceNow Developer

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, particularly in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is mandatory.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize platform functionalities in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into understandable insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in promoting ServiceNow best practices and operational excellence.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
- HR Service Delivery certification.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of other ITSM tools and integrations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or related roles.
- Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms.
Other Requirements:
- Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA, requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.
- Work Schedule: W2 employment only.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Travel: None specified.
- Continuous learning and staying updated with new ServiceNow modules and features.
