About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Healthcare/Biotechnology, is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Analyst to join their team for a 10 months engagement. This project involves supporting strategic platform initiatives by translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions, and designing/implementing ServiceNow modules. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Analyzing and translating business needs into ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and enhancements.
- Supporting the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and business service requests.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Assisting in testing, validation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Analyst or Administrator.
- Deep expertise in strong technical and functional ServiceNow skills, including a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
