Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing AI agents and autonomous systems capable of complex task execution and decision-making.
- Developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced AI application performance.
- Building conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voice-based customer service systems.
- Implementing and optimizing machine learning models using PyTorch and evaluating/deploying appropriate LLMs based on specific needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions and architecting production-grade AI solutions.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch (or willingness to learn for entry-level candidates), and understanding of transformer neural network architecture and attention mechanisms. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Knowledge of RAG system components (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, prompt engineering), and familiarity with major LLM providers and their trade-offs.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, and experience integrating AI capabilities into applications.
