Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Package, test, and deploy Windows-based applications through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and cloud-based solutions.
- Manage macOS application packaging and deployment leveraging JAMF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish application packaging standards, streamline deployment processes, and maintain application compliance.
- Manage incident and problem tickets related to end-user architecture, providing prompt resolution and communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct lifecycle management and QA testing for key productivity tools, hardware, and services, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance standards.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID and Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience packaging Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
- Proficiency with JAMF for MacOS administration and application distribution.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automating tasks and streamlining configuration management.
- Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD methodologies for continuous application delivery is a plus.
