Are you passionate about quality assurance and eager to leverage your expertise in Salesforce and testing tools? We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software applications. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within EST hours, supporting exciting projects in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee software quality.
- Design, write, and automate test cases/scripts using industry-leading tools.
- Perform smoke, functional, application, and regression testing for a variety of projects.
- Identify, document, and track defects and quality metrics, collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
- Review test coverage for thoroughness and effectiveness.
- Provide quality process training and act as an internal quality consultant.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by developing standards and best practices.
- Support hyper-care and go-live activities, with occasional onsite visits if local to Westbrook.
Required Skills:
- Solid experience working with Salesforce and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience inspecting Apex code.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Tosca (UI testing tools).
- Knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Ability to develop and execute detailed test plans and cases.
- Excellent documentation and defect tracking skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with CPQ testing or previous CPQ work.
- Additional experience with other automation tools or testing frameworks.
- Any certifications in testing or Salesforce-related areas.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in software testing, especially with Salesforce environments, ideally 3+ years.
Other Requirements:
- Remote work within EST time zone; travel mainly if local to Westbrook for go-live or hyper-care workshops (less frequent now but optional).
- W2 employment only; markup fee applies.
