Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst partners with finance leadership to support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics across the organization. This role provides key insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support monthly close and reporting, including variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast
- Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes for key expense areas
- Monitor spend, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with business objectives
- Perform ad hoc analysis and deliver insights to support leadership decision-making
- Drive process improvements across reporting, forecasting, and financial systems
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or Anaplan preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
