About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Enterprise-Wide Strategic Transformation, is looking for a skilled Senior Program Manager  to join their team for a 12 months engagement. This project involves leading the end-to-end modernization of their Quote to Cash (Q2C) infrastructure, spanning Salesforce, order management, fulfillment systems, and product master data. This is a high-impact, hands-on program leadership role in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Program Delivery & Roadmap Ownership: Serve as the primary program lead, owning the full Q2C modernization roadmap (from Salesforce through billing and revenue recognition). Define and maintain program plans, milestones, dependency maps, and risk registers, ensuring near-term launch milestones are tracked with rigor.
  • Agile Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid), ensuring sprint cadences, ceremonies, and artifacts are consistently maintained.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and present comprehensive program updates, risk reports, and go/no-go decision materials to C-level stakeholders and regional business leaders. Manage project timelines and scheduling across multiple time zones and workstreams.
  • Vendor & SI Management: Lead coordination with implementation partners, systems integrators, and offshore teams, overseeing vendor SOWs, deliverable approvals, quality assurance, and change control processes.
  • Business Process Transformation: Identify and assess business process impacts across the Q2C lifecycle, facilitating working sessions to define future-state process models and driving alignment on operational changes.
  • Financial Oversight: Track and manage program budgets (including capital and operational expenses), providing forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong track record leading enterprise platform modernization or digital transformation programs.
  • Deep familiarity with Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes—including CPQ, order management, contract lifecycle, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform implementations (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or related), either as a PM overseeing delivery or in a functional capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Product Master Data Management (MDM)—including product catalog governance, SKU management, and data quality practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-track programs with concurrent workstreams, globally distributed teams, and external vendor/SI relationships.
  • Strong command of Agile delivery frameworks and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to engage credibly from individual contributors to C-suite and translate technical complexity into clear executive narratives.
