About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the cybersecurity and networking industry, is looking for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager - Services  to join their Professional Services team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves leading the governance and end-to-end execution of complex migration and implementation projects for customers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of critical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of technical professionals to deliver complex consulting and multi-stream implementation services for high-criticality enterprise environments.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Delivery & Financial Oversight: Ensure all professional services engagements are delivered on-time and within budget, managing high-value portfolios and ensuring technical performance meets customer expectations.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor project financial health, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue recognition forecasting.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, particularly regarding zero-downtime migrations in multi-vendor environments, and implement robust mitigation strategies to protect customer operations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Proactively leverage AI tools to optimize project workflows and technical delivery, serving as a force multiplier by streamlining tasks and maximizing overall project productivity.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive background in professional services and SaaS industry experience, with a track record in project management and executive-level customer relationship management.
  • Mastery of project and portfolio management principles, with the ability to oversee a high volume of concurrent workstreams while maintaining strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Executive presence and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead through persuasion and professional credibility.
  • Proven ability to remain effective and organized in an evolving environment where processes are still being defined.
  • Technical literacy, including a foundational understanding of Networking, Security, Zero Trust/SASE, DNS, and APIs.
  • Experience in organizational change management, guiding enterprise customers through the cultural and operational shifts required by digital transformation.
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills to manage friction within project teams or with customers to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
