About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is looking for a skilled Sr. Workday Analyst  to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves partnering with the Global People Technology team to perform configuration changes, enhance existing processes, and provide consultation on solution enablement across Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and Core HCM. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to configure and implement end-to-end HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Driving sustainable process improvements through technology and system redesign.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for innovation within customer processes and system workflows.
  • Maintaining data integrity and promoting user adoption across Global People Services offerings.
  • Translating complex business requirements into actionable plans, solution design, and testing protocols, including writing test scripts and leading UAT with business users.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM modules, specifically in Core HR, Talent and Performance, Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Third Party Payroll.
  • Deep expertise in building advanced custom reports, Calc fields, and utilizing EIBs within Workday.
  • Proficiency in enterprise process and requirement analysis.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills to effectively facilitate design sessions, communicate with cross-functional teams, and provide end-user training.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate new features, recommend solutions, and mitigate business risk during rollouts.
