Systems Administrator (Entry Level)

Required Skills:
- In-depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency with JAMF for macOS administration and application distribution.
- Hands-on experience packaging and deploying Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
- Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and VBScript, for automation and configuration management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with automation and CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
- Experience with application remediation, privilege management, and security standards.
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and best practices.
- Exposure to other deployment tools or platforms.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant internship or hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in application packaging or enterprise environment deployment is a plus but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work environment based in Westbrook, ME.
- Ability to work onsite as needed, with flexibility for remote collaboration.
- Immediate availability preferred; start date ASAP.
- This role is W2 only, with a markup fee of 50%.
