About the Opportunity:
Our client, is looking for a skilled TA Technology Specialist to join their team for a Through End of Year engagement. This project involves the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition systems, including SmartRecruiters, Workday, and Clickboarding. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- System Administration & Optimization: Serve as a primary system administrator for SmartRecruiters, Workday (Recruiting/Onboarding), and Clickboarding, managing configuration, user roles, permissions, and ensuring global compliance.
- Workflow & Process Design: Assist in designing and optimizing end-to-end recruiting workflows across systems, translating business requirements into scalable configurations to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
- Technology & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, support the activation of platform features (e.g., AI tools, analytics), and maintain documentation for workflows and SOPs.
- Project Management: Support and manage workstreams within larger TA technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, timeline tracking, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cross-functional communication.
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Support reporting and data integrity across TA systems, partnering with analytics and compliance teams to ensure clean, reliable data flows.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of experience in TA Operations, HRIS, or Recruiting Systems.
- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters (configuration and administration), Workday (Recruiting and/or HCM workflows), and Clickboarding or similar onboarding tools.
- Experience configuring workflows, templates, and system automation, including familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions.
- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
