Contract Length:  6 months (with high likelihood of extension)
Pay Range:  $45 - $50/hr
Start Date:  ASAP
Location:  Remote (PST/MT/CST Time Zone preferred)

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Biotech and Life Sciences, is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator  to join their team for a 6 months engagement. This project involves supporting and optimizing core recruiting operations, building structure, improving processes, and enabling a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support core recruiting operations, including job requisition creation/posting, offer management (audit, generation, delivery), and pre-hire audits to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Drive process efficiency by identifying improvements and creating/maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
  • Contribute to TA projects and initiatives, helping coordinate timelines, track progress, and execute deliverables.
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems (e.g., Greenhouse) through audits and support basic reporting and data alignment across systems.
  • Assist with training and enablement for hiring managers and interview teams, partnering closely with People Operations.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in core recruiting operations, particularly high-volume process execution, auditing, and offer management. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
