Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management within hybrid hardware/software environments
- Expertise in managing large, complex cross-functional programs spanning hardware development, data infrastructure, and operational workflows
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and equivalent systems
- Working knowledge of data concepts including SQL, schema design, and ETL workflows (ability to understand and communicate, not necessarily code)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing technical information into clear summaries for diverse audiences
- Track record of establishing structured cadences, escalation protocols, and accountability measures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or automotive industries
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or prognostic health management
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data/ML platforms
- Knowledge of field service management systems like SAP FSM
- Exposure to hardware reliability concepts such as FMEA, degradation modeling, and failure mode analysis
- Prior involvement in supporting documentation or technical publication workflows for operational teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or closely related disciplines
- 4-6 years of relevant TPM experience managing cross-disciplinary programs

- Location: Foster City, CA (onsite preference)
- Duration: 6+ months with ASAP start

- W2 employment only; client billing rate: $110.40/hr
