This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

- Execute projects using Agile scrum/Kanban to drive backlog grooming and sprint planning, maintaining a single source of truth for status, risks, and decisions.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple systems (ERP and adjacent platforms like NetSuite/SAP/Oracle, Coupa, planning/MRP, PDM/PLM).
- Partner with Integrations, Engineering, and Data teams to shape technical approaches (APIs, event-driven patterns, iPaaS).
- Drive cutover and change management for system launches and process changes, including go-live readiness and clear communication to end users.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Business Systems, with 3+ years supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain domains.
- Deep expertise in implementing ERP and adjacent platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Zip). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.

- Proven ability to interpret system and data-flow diagrams, APIs, and integration patterns and to partner deeply with integration engineers and architects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between Finance/Supply Chain and technical audiences and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
