About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Global Tech, is looking for a seasoned Training & Development Specialist  to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves supporting the delivery of their enterprise-wide Year-end Performance cycle and the launch of the upcoming Goals Setting process. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design and develop multi-format learning materials (guides, e-learning, video tutorials, infographics, etc.) for Year-end Performance and Goal Setting, customized for global audiences (employees, people managers, senior leaders, HR partners).
  • Partner with the project management team to maintain alignment with key deliverables and assist with communications planning.
  • Build surveys and manage feedback loops to capture employee sentiment and identify improvement opportunities across regions.
  • Create reporting in Cornerstone (or similar LMS) and prepare summaries to track program progress and share insights with key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, performance management, or HR program management, preferably supporting performance management cycles for 1,000+ employees in matrixed, global organizations.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with end-to-end performance management programs at a large global company (including performance calibration best practices).
    • Proven ability to design and develop HR program resources that exemplify instructional design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at a high level of competence, leveraging consultative skills and knowledge of change management best practices.
  • Experience with LMS systems (Workday, Cornerstone, or similar) and proficiency with learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva).
  • Strong communication skills to provide context and instruction in a clear and simple way to a global audience.
