About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Global Enterprise Technology, is looking for a seasoned Workday Implementation Expert – TA Technology to join their team for a 5-month engagement. This project involves supporting a complex Workday Recruiting implementation integrated with key partners, including Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore. This is a high-impact role that requires a hybrid leader who can set strategy, manage complex programs, and execute hands-on system configuration and delivery. You will be driving configuration, integration, and adoption across platforms to optimize the end-to-end recruiting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Workday/TA Technology Implementation: Leading functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Recruiting, as well as integrated point solutions like Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore.
- Workflow Optimization: Driving system enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless end-to-end recruiting workflows, from candidate engagement through hire.
- Program Leadership: Leading complex, enterprise-scale HR technology implementations from planning through delivery, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and all stakeholder communications.
- AI Enablement & Governance: Supporting the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox) for automation, screening, and candidate matching. This includes ensuring ethical and responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and bias mitigation.
- SME & Vendor Management: Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the entire recruiting technology ecosystem and managing key vendor relationships.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology, with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition systems.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, including experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Hands-on experience with Paradox and other AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., HiredScore or similar).
- Experience integrating multiple TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI, interview intelligence tools like BrightHire).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional implementations and strong project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on system configuration and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and executive reporting.
